
Refund Policy
We value your trust and aim to provide excellent service. However, due to the nature of DNA testing, the following refund policy applies:
1. No Refunds After Testing

Once the sample collection process has been completed, refunds will not be issued, as the testing process begins immediately.
2. Appointment Cancellations

0 - 24 hours

Eligible for a full refund minus a $25 late cancel fee plus the $50 non refundable deposit.

3. Unwilling Collector

If the participant is unable or unwilling to comply we will reach out to the main contact and offer the choice to either rescheduled for a later date or cancel the test.
4. Laboratory Errors

In the highly unlikely event of a laboratory error, we will offer a re-test at no additional charge. Refunds will not be issued as we aim to resolve the issue promptly.
5. Result Delivery Timelines

We provide estimated completion times during scheduling and confirm them during testing. While we strive to deliver results on time, occasional delays may occur.
6. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees, including same-day appointment fees, mileage fees, and any lab processing fees, are non-refundable.
7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the request.
8. Non-Payment

If payment is not received at least 48 hours before the first appointment, all appointments will be canceled.
